Lead Custodian
POSITION SUMMARY: To serve the church by providing essential maintenance and custodial services for the church and school buildings, grounds, and security.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma (preferred) 2+ years experience or other relative experience; 2 years supervisory experience; Combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. On-call work is required throughout the week.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.*
ABILITY TO: Work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.* Follow written and verbal instructions.*
VIDEO PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY: The video production specialist champions video requirements for Trinity Church & School.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain all video equipment relating to Trinity Church.
- Serve as the primary video producer for weekend services, rehearsals, and special events providing accuracy, skill, and attention to detail while under pressure.
- Create and develop new opportunities of ministry through video communications.
- Design, produce, direct, shoot, and edit media pieces including bumpers, documentaries, man-on-the-street videos, promo’s, TV Commercials, announcement videos, testimonies/ministry moments, web videos, sermon illustrations and other projects as needed
- Edit and upload video sermons for the web.
- Create advanced motion graphics as needed for videos and worship backgrounds.
- Provide a team spirit and function seamlessly with the Creative Team, Technical Department, Communications Team and other departments as needed.
- Schedule, setup, and staff all video requests for special events (weddings, funerals, conferences, departmental needs for ministries, etc.)
- Attend all required meetings (Creative Team, Chapel, Technical Team, Ministry Teams, etc.)
- Recruit and train volunteers to assist in the video department.
- Aid in planning and installing video system upgrades and enhancements.
- Help maintain proper supplies.
- Document church and school wide events to be archived for future projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the archiving and organization of all raw footage and media as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws and regulations regarding copyrighted materials.
- Be willing to cover additional responsibilities deemed as necessary for fulfilling the requirements of this position.
- Help develop the Vision, Mission and Values of Trinity Church and Grow in personal discipleship through: Bible study, Life groups, Prayer, Giving of Tithe and Offerings.

Communications/Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time; (35hrs/week)

SUPERVISOR: Director of Administration
Supervisory responsibility: Supervise Graphics & Print Shop Personnel & Volunteers
POSITION SUMMARY: The Communications Manager will lead the Communications Ministry and Print Shop. This person is responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy; oversee all aspects of media and communications for the church including web, social media sites, mass email communications, publications, advertising, press releases, and direct mail; provide creativity, innovation, and leadership to the Communications Department, ministries of Trinity Church, Trinity Christian School, Senior Pastor, and Executive Team.
QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field; 6 years experience in communications, public relations, or media related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the minimum required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job; 3 years of management/supervisory experience required; must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web design, and Photoshop; Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Highly detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate, apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of Trinity leadership; Present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
FACILITIES MANAGER
Supervisory responsibilities: Supervises the Maintenance Technicians and Custodial Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: To serve the church by supervising the care and maintenance of church buildings, grounds, and property. The Facilities Manager implements programs, vendor relationships, and provides leadership and support to all facilities support staff in an effort to effectively and efficiently maintain all Trinity Church and Trinity Christian School properties. This role is responsible for establishing standards and guidelines for church and school facility operations, major equipment/systems use and replacement; determining long-range replacement plans; and assisting in the implementation of these programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: 6-8 years of relative work experience; 4 years supervisory experience. High-School Diploma required. College degree preferred. Combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered. Must possess a valid state driver’s license and commercial driver’s license. Computer skills: i.e. Word, Excel, Events-U (or other resource scheduling program), and ability to learn other software. Knowledge of legal codes and standards (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ADULT MINISTRIES
Full Time: (36 hrs/week) Non-Exempt; Hourly
HOURS: Mon-Thur. (8:00am - 5:00pm) Wed. evenings (6:30pm – 8:30pm) Sun (10 am – 12:30pm)
POSITION SUMMARY: To serve the church by providing secretarial services to the Adult Ministries (Life Groups, Men’s Ministry, Prime Timers, & Congregational Care.)*
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED required. Some college preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in secretarial/administrative tasks; Prefer experience with non-profit organization, or fast pace, progressive growth and change oriented environment. Must have Hi-level computer skills (word, excel, power point and database use). High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various issues, and prioritize work. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be a member of Trinity Church
