Connections Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: Connections Coordinator is responsible recruiting, developing and coaching new leaders within Trinity. Also to ensure that guest experiences are superior, inviting and live-giving. Coordinator will manage and oversee the Church database system. This position will help train users on the CMS.  In addition, this position will maintain the integrity of and oversee the First Time Guests and New Salvation data entry, along with ensuring their enrollment in Next Steps.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required. Degree preferred. Minimum 3-4 yrs job related experience preferably non-profit environment.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) with the ability to learn new applications. Required to make small group presentations and take the lead in orienting and training all volunteer associates. Requires managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills.Must have high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be a team player, with a strong desire to collaborate with others.

Elementary Ministry Assistant – Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Children’s Ministry Special Assistant works 2 days per week. Sat - Sun work 2 services alongside the Elementary Director, Lead Pastor, staff and volunteers to provide and direct children’s programming with the ultimate goal of helping children come to know, love, and follow Jesus. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High-School Diploma/GED required. Prefer similar work experience. Combination of experience and education may be considered. Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to take direction and to work independently; Personable and creative; Proven Problem-Solving skills; Research skills are helpful when tracking down requested materials. Ability to work well within the Children’s Ministry team; Desire to see children come to know and follow Jesus.

 Assistant Graphic Designer

SUMMARY:  Trinity Church is looking for a creative and inspired Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design Team.  Accountable to the Director of Marketing and the Lead Graphic Designer, the Assistant Graphic Designer is responsible for developing original artwork for Trinity Church and School.  Regular duties will include the graphical design and layout of media for print, internet and video production purposes as assigned by the Marketing Director and Lead Graphic Designer.  The Assistant Graphic Designer position is a full time, on-site position and requires membership / enrollment at Trinity Church, including regular attendance at church services and some special events.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma / GED required.  Some college / Vocational training preferred or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.  Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially: Photoshop, inDesign & Illustrator.  Additional skillful use in Dreamweaver / knowledge of web coding is desired.  Candidate must be capable of managing web site CMS to make regular web site updates, build html email templates and web pages within CMS and in Dreamweaver.

TCS Elementary Administrative Assistant 

POSITION SUMMARY: Administratively support  Vice Principal (Pk-3) and teachers.  Includes front desk, phones, letter correspondence, coordinating substitutes and assisting visitors. This is an 11 month position.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in secretarial/administrative tasks; High school diploma required.  Some college preferred. Prefer experience with private schools and/or church. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Part-time Lower School Music Aide

POSITION SUMMARY: Support teacher with classroom duties, helps prepare material and works with students.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree or higher. Related college coursework is preferred and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ability to read and interpret documents, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining good working relationships.

International English Teacher in Korea

Food Services Coordinator: (28-33 hours/wk)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Food Service Coordinator supervises and maintains activities in the Upper and Lower School cafeterias, common grounds, vending, in-coming meals, concessions and hot lunch coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent; College preferred with two years related experience and/or training and Supervisor experience required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining good working relationships. Ability to plan and organize. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

PT Hot Lunch Service Worker: (23 hours/wk)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Cafeteria Worker prepares and serves cafeteria food or in-coming hot meals for the students; maintains cafeteria and dining area in sanitary condition.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent;  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining good working relationships. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. 

Maintenance Tech: Entry level

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing diversified duties related to building construction, plumbing and electrical work.  Position will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facility and the facilities equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Completion of a craft apprenticeship is preferred,  On-the-job maintenance or other relative experience a must; Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.  Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.*

IT Tech

SUMMARY: The Information Technology Technician provides excellent customer service to Trinity Church and Trinity Christian School staff by resolving end-user hardware and software issues, by proactively pursuing and implementing technology solutions across PC/MAC platforms and telephony systems.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for new software installation, new equipment distribution, user training, and tracking of inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience. At least 2 years of college, Degree preferred (A+ and MCTS Certification a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on direct end-user interaction. Must be a team player, with a strong desire to collaborate with others. A motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and set priorities without direct supervision. Able to build and lead teams across multiple departments. Willing to absorb additional responsibilities.

Video Production Specialist

FLSA Status: Full-Time;(34-40hrs/week)Non-Exempt; Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:  The video production specialist champions video requirements for Trinity Church & School.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Diploma/GED required. Some college preferred in related field such as video editing and/or video production. 3-5 years experience in shooting, editing, and creating videos.  Ability to handle high demand requests with short notice.  Ability to perform high quality work with minimum supervision within assigned deadlines.  Ability to communicate Biblical concepts, stories, and lessons through media. Demonstrated level of proficiency with brainstorming, storyboarding, and creative writing.  Must possess advanced computer skills on both Mac and PC platforms.  Extensive knowledge of video editing software (Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)  Proficiency in ProPresenter, PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation software. Knowledge of and experience running professional cameras and broadcast switching equipment. Cutting edge knowledge of HD projection and broadcast station workflow.  Proven people, organizational and administrative skills.
